Heat Pump

A heat pump is an appliance that uses electricity to move heat from one place to another, providing heating and cooling for a building:

• Heating: In the winter, a heat pump extracts heat from outside and moves it inside.

• Cooling: In the summer, a heat pump moves heat from inside to the outside.
